Where do I park?

We have our own heated garage in the same building as the hotel. It is always good to book parking before arrival.

Price: SEK 225/night, valid from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure. We also have a couple of spots with charging stations. Price for charging: 6 SEK/kwh.

Ceiling height garage: 1.85 meters.

If the hotel garage is fully booked, we recommend the Smedjan or Atollen parking garages, located approx. 150 meters from the hotel.

What time is check-in & check-out?

Check-in from 15.00 and check-out until 12.00 If you are coming later than 6 pm, please let the reception know.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served at Ester Kök & Bar and is always included when you stay at the hotel. We accept external breakfast guests subject to availability.

Is there Wi-Fi? 

We have super fast internet connection.

Can I pay with cash?

Both the hotel and Ester Kök & Bar are cashless. 

What is the best way to book?

You always get the best price when you book directly with us, if you find cheaper elsewhere, we will price match. Dial (+46)036-349000 or email hotellet@johnbauer.se to book. If you are or become a member of Best Western, you get more benefits and can collect points for free nights. Talk to one of our receptionists to become a member.

Do you have a gym?

We have a small gym with a sauna. We also collaborate with Friskis & Svettis, which is located right next to us. Talk to reception to buy a training ticket.

Can I bring my dog? Dogs are allowed in a few selected standard rooms for a supplement of SEK 250. The dog is not allowed to lie in the bed, we set up a dog bed and food bowls and the dog gets a small VID kit. Dog friendly rooms must be booked in advance.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

Available in limited number of the rooms and can requested by contacting the hotel.

How many people can sleep in the multi-bed rooms?

Standard double room with sofa bed: 2 adults 1 child

VIP Business: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults

Family suites: Max 6 people
